My name is Laura Bertrand and I am 20 years old. I was born on December 31st in Saint-Avold, France. My family and I moved to California in 2012. I am currently active duty in the US Air Force as a medical technician. My dream is to one day become a trauma surgeon as I very much enjoy action and saving lives. I am engaged to a wonderful human named Joshua, who is also active duty.

This blog is a way for me to express the reality. People tend to fall in love with a lifestyle without realizing that there are many things behind it. Writing is therapeutic to me, and this website was started during a hard time in my relationship/career. I hope that you can enjoy the tips I find along the way, or just appreciate the fact that we are all human and life isn’t made to be perfect!
